History
Indigenous Politics was created to transform the ways political science and the university historically related to Indigenous peoples and lands.
Philosophy
We aim to facilitate learning about the field and to nurture students who will engage in a critical praxis of Indigenous politics.
Partnerships
In an effort to make the boundaries of the university more porous, UHIP cultivates partnerships with community organizations and other academic programs.
